Support Scientist Losses
 Lisa Harvey-Smith departed to the University of Sydney in September 2007.
 Rebeca Soria-Ruiz deparated to OAN in December 2007.
 Cormac Reynolds and Hayley Bignall departed to Curtain University of
   Technology in Perth in February 2008.
 Giuseppe Cimo will depart the Science Operations Group to the VLBI * Group
   within JIVE in January 2008.

Support Scientist Gains
  Stefanie Muehle arrived in September 2007, coming from the University
    of Toronto.
  Antonis Polatidis arrived in January 2008, coming from MPIfR; will depart
    to ASTRON in February 2009.
  Yang Jun [in chinese name-order] arrived in November 2008, coming from SHAO.

Operator Losses/Gains
  Nico Schonewille retired from his position as chief operator in February
    2008.
  Hans Tenkink moved into the (revised) senior operator position.
  Jan Buiter retired from his position as tape-recorder engineer in
    February 2008.
  Martin Leeuwinga moved into the (revised) hardware-support engineer position.
  Bert Harms filled the ensuing open operator position, arriving from ASTRON.
