How to get to NH Hotel by public transport (less than 10 minutes walk from train station)
- Go to Utrecht Central Station.
- Taking the central station hall as your starting point, follow the signs Jaarbeursplein and walk right ahead, keeping to the right.
- Leave the building. Outside, before the stairs go right, towards the parking garage Jaarbeurshal.
- At that point you already can see the hotel (flat building) in front of you.
- At the T-junction go right and take the stairs down.
- The NH Hotel entrance is just a few meters further at the left side of street.

How to get to SURFnet by public transport (less than 10 minutes walk from train station)
- Go to Utrecht Central Station.
- Taking the central station hall as your starting point, follow the signs Centrum/Hoog Catharijne and walk into the mall, keeping to the left.
- Walk into the corridor with the sign Hoog Catharijne.
- Direct after entering the corridor you will see glass doors with the sign Radboudburcht at the left.
- Enter the glass doors and walk into the corridor.
- You will find glass doors again at the end of the corridor. Ring the bell for SURFnet to have the reception open the doors for you.
- Take the elevator to the fourth floor. After leaving the elevator you will see a sign directing to room 12, where both meetings will be held.

How to get from the hotel to the restaurant Casa di David (10 minutes walk from hotel)
- Leave the hotel, go left - follow the foothpath.
- After a few meters pass the Mineurslaan (at the right) and direct after that go right - walk into the Van Sijpesteijnkade.
- Walk into the tunnel (under the railway - cycle- and footpath only), and switch to the left side of the road (there is a small canal at your left hand now).
- At the traffic lights go straight ahead (mind the cylcle path - tramway - busy road - cycle path) and continue to walk ahead between the parked bikes.
- At the next traffic lights go straight ahead towards the city/shopping centre, you will see a blue fence at your right hand.
- At the next traffic lights (the Bijenkorf is in front of you) go straight ahead .
- After this building block, go over the bridge (water called Oude Gracht), and directly turn left.
- After a few meters at your left hand you see the sign of Casa di David.
- Go down the stairs towards the water, to go to the entrance of the restaurant.
